What Can Be Returned?

You may return products if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Products:

Products in the following categories cannot be returned:

  • Defective products that have been used (e.g., shrunk, stitched) are not eligible for return.

Conditions for Returns:

All products intended for return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and maintain its original form, unless it is being returned due to a defect.
  • Product labels must be attached.

All returned products will be inspected to ensure they meet these conditions. If a product does not comply, it will be sent back to the customer’s address.

Courier Costs:

The company will cover the courier costs for replacing the product.

Notification of Return:

To return a product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

If your return is accepted, you are entitled to receive a full cash refund, credit refund, or an equal exchange.
