What Can Be Returned?
You may return products if:
- You dislike the product.
- The product does not match the description or pictures on the website.
- The product is defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Products:
Products in the following categories cannot be returned:
- Defective products that have been used (e.g., shrunk, stitched) are not eligible for return.
Conditions for Returns:
All products intended for return must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging and maintain its original form, unless it is being returned due to a defect.
- Product labels must be attached.
All returned products will be inspected to ensure they meet these conditions. If a product does not comply, it will be sent back to the customer’s address.
Courier Costs:
The company will cover the courier costs for replacing the product.
Notification of Return:
To return a product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Our Customer Support staff will provide the address of the nearest office for the return.
Once the product is received, we will issue a refund or process a replacement order as per your request.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned product. If a replacement product is requested, it will be treated as a new order, and all applicable terms and conditions will apply.
Customer Return Entitlement:
If your return is accepted, you are entitled to receive a full cash refund, credit refund, or an equal exchange.
